Tasty Treats at TOFS

Tonbridge Old Fire Station is a unique event space that has quickly become the go-to venue for the county’s best, brightest and most creative. From pizzas straight from a traditional brick lined oven, to decadent dining, to art and more. Last night it played host to the latest Produced in Kent Members Event.

It was a great opportunity to see this unusual event space. The Fire Station theme is evident inside, as is the strong focus on local products and collaborations with other businesses. The versatile space was hosting an AGM, life drawing class and Produced in Kent all in one night.

Members were treated to some tasty treats from the BBQ - safely under the new shade canopy - courtesy of Ben Sulston, TOFS new development chef. The all new TOFS breakfast, brunch and lunch launches in July.

Alongside Ben, TOFS showcased fellow local producers, Mags from The Speedy Snail with some of her amazing summer salads and Karen from Kingcott Dairy's fabulous Kingcott Blue cheese. We really were spoilt for choice.

It was great to see so many members, several attending their first event. Plenty of introductions were made, some interesting conversations begun and even the rain held off so a successful night. Looking forward to the next event already!
